Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

What is the best way to contact you?

The very best way to get ahold of us is by emailing crew@livewellfranklin.com. We check this inbox regularly and usually reply within 24 hours (or often times, much less) during normal business hours, excluding holidays.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of neutraceutical products and supplements, we are unable to accept returns at this time.

However, if you receive the incorrect product or it is damaged in transit, please email us within 5 business days so we can process an immediate replacement.

Do my points accumulate over time?

Yes, your points will continue to grow with each purchase and can be used immediately or saved for future purchases.

Do my points expire?

No, your points do not expire and can be used at anytime.

Billing & Shipping

What are your shipping options?

We offer a few shipping options!

The Standard shipping option is 3-6 business days and is free on orders over $79!
If you don't meet the $79 threshold, Standard Shipping is $7.40

UPS Air (2 day) is $14.90
UPS Air (1 Business Day) is $24.75

In all cases the cutoff time for shipping out the same day is 1:30pm CT. If you place your order after 1:30pm CT your order will ship out the following business day.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within the United States.

How do you choose which brands to carry?

Because of our own family's health journey, we know that sourcing the most potent products with the highest efficacy is paramount to any wellness program. As a result, we only offer products that we would be glad to keep in our own homes and offer to our loved ones. As always, consult your healthcare provider to ensure that any particular product is right for your particular situation.

Are there brands you can get that aren't listed on your website

Yes! In fact there are many additional brands available to Live Well Franklin that aren't listed here. If you have a favorite brand or product that you don't see right away, simply email crew@livewellfranklin.com and we'll let you know if we can source it.
